Best way to hang grinders?

On the subject of grinders....been using this quick release nut on mine for a few months now and have to say I really like it...works on cutting disks and grinding disks no bother. I have my release tool zip tied to the power cord so it was never a hassle finding it, but changing is a doddle now.

I can't remember the last time I used a tool to get the nut off a grinder, I just hold onto the disk and twist.

Unless I’m abusing a slitting disc and it breaks I just use my hand too

Couple of pieces of metal strip welded together, grinders just hang on their guards. Leads are plugged in nearby, I use the grinders mainly on stuff in the vice.

I welded three x 15mm bar, upright, to my welding cart and then just drop the hollow handles onto them. Will try and get a pic if the explanation ain't clear!

Yes. I have about 15 between angle/die grinders and varying sizes.

I hate changing discs for different jobs.

Most of them i bought way under retail.

I've always hated changing discs on angle grinders... though I picked up a tip from this forum at some point, to never use the spanner to tighten the disc, since then I've only had a disc become awkwardly tight to remove once instead of almost every time.

I may see if I can find a spot to hang a grinder or two on the wall; I only have the one atm, but it takes up quite a bit of room in my DS400 toolbox.

I never use anything but my hand to tighten up disks, and occasionally a glooved hand to undo them.
