As it’s all digital now enforcement is like shooting fish in a barrel.

All they need to do is write some code that looks for oddities like that.

HMRC do the same sort of thing I think.

You can’t aim it at an individual without a warrant but you can look for anomalies. Ie cars last known to fail on an isle and then pass 300 miles away all in the same place

Garage in manc got shafted for printing out “MoT” certs. Despite not being an MoT center or logging it in any way, few folk got caught out thinking they had test when they didnt
