Blast cabinet refurb.

in my large cabinet i just use glass it lasts ages before it gets marked the small cabinet is perspex with a screen and soon gets marked and a white haze over it

I don't know about everyone elses habits, but I would use it if I didn't have a shed load of 3-4mm acrylic, In both my cabinets I use 1 window approx 3 blasts say every 5 -6 hours before it need replacing,T hey don't polish out, been there got the T shirt., my cabinet sizes are 3ftx3ftand 30 inches high and the other is 1200mmx1500mm x 1400mm.

cool thanks, why has your cabinet got 2 inlets or did u just put a hose stright in rather tha n use the qr coupling.

one is the quick reliese coupling for the air supply to gun the other is the suction pipe from under the cabinet and back in to the gun

Just a though get down the local tip and see if you can have any class oven doors that come it they would fit your cabinet I recon

mine has the media pick up in the bottom of the cabinet

Just a though get down the local tip and see if you can have any class oven doors that come it they would fit your cabinet I recon

lol bit small, but could be made to fit nned to find a window fitter for old windows

i rehashed mine as the original pickup was crap and i made tapered sides for mine to funnel the media to the middle

I’ve got an extractor I may be encouraged to part with. It’s a quality one. It came from a cannabis grow believe it or not and is about 4” in diameter. Pretty powerful.

a cheap smaller one would work its only to clear the dust . the air blast from the gun forces air through the duct as well

The displacement of the air in a enclosed cabinet should definitely help.

It wasn’t mine before you get any ideas, I just bought the extractors lol.
