its just Chinese stuff, all same in a way, i have seen a good dozen or so from different sellers/product name etc.

Yes you can do that - but I run mine on Kero all the time - far cheaper and cleaner.

49p at the moment. I buy 1000L at a time. They fill an ibc for me.

Thats trouble, little space now ha ha, plenty higher up but i get what you mean as low as possible.

And it arrived already today juts ran it up for 10 mins and it works atleast. So there a bonus felt a bit of difference aswell in the workshop.

Dam noisy though, ticking of the pump and blowing of the heater. dam site noisier than others i have heard running. And my Propex heater i had for ages. Ill see how it goes as that will do my head in, So if it is like that all the time i mite box it in outside and vent through the wall.

Pump needs to be mounted on it's rubber block not touching anything.
Exhaust can be very noisy have you used the silencer? Some people make huge ones.
I haven't bothered - on a noisy ind est.

Its set up as it came. i added the silencer which worked ok. Its the ticking of the pump and noise from the blower.

That is the drawback of the all in one I suppose. Mine is mounted externally with just ducting running inside.

I usually set mine going at full blast then go back indoors for half an hour, by that time it's warm enough to then turn down to min.

Mind you, the cave is small.....

Thats what i ma thinking of doing, i have a canopy/overhang at the side of the workshop so i mite box it in under there and vent into the workshop. Its higher up but ill direct the warm air down and all around.
