No but they know who he is....bad tbi g is all the kids said i hit him first....they lied i never hit him at all. BUT they dont know the guy behind saw it all and actually stated to me he did not know how i managed to not retaliate.
I am letting all the kids lie and see if they are willing to comit perjury.

I know you are considering not pressing charges but judging by the beating you got this lad has a problem & it needs to be sorted. He has a problem with his temper & it looks like he easily loses control completely with horrific results. This time you were the victim, what if the next victim is unable to defend themselves or nobody else is there to help. It could be a young kid, an old lady, etc. He is a few short steps from killing somebody & it needs to be nipped in the bud.

There is a local young guy who is quiet & friendly but he has a drink problem & he is a very mean drunk, regularly getting into fights. Another young lad, also has a drink problem but he is a really nice easy going lad, drunk or sober. One night last year the mean drunk kicked the living hell out of the other lad.

The victim is still in hospital, on life support in a coma & they are not sure if he will survive. That could have been you!

The other guy is in prison awaiting trial for attempted murder, maybe more if his victim doesn't survive. That will be what will eventually happen your attacker if he is not dealt with now.

Not saying prison is the answer but maybe counseling or anger management therapy would help. He needs to learn there are consequences to his actions, otherwise he will keep doing it.

Sorry for not replying i can hardly see the screen to type. Struggling with light at the moment. Its coming out though.

Still struggling but more peed off the new start capacitor did not fully solve the problem.

This is whats powering it.... but it keeps tripping on start up.

As above if its the 50A looks like you have shorted winding's or a wiring fault.
Can you measure the resistance of the windings with everything connected.

Not sure what you mean exactly but thats not surprising just now. Lol i now have an evil cold on top of everything else.

The guy at the motor place recconed it was a cracking motor.....is it possible the pressure switch is at fault? I think he said that but i got battered an hour later so that morning was a bit vague.

It could be, but unlikely. whats between the 50A mcb and the compressor, do you have any type of overload or switch.

Wall switch. There is also an overload/trip on the compressor but thats not tripping. Its in the terminal box for the motor and capacitor connections.

If the pressure switch is not unloading right it will cause the problem you have @ukracer it's probs sticking & needs a clean mine was acting up a few months ago so I took the lid off & gave it a spray with some WD40 & worked it a few times been great since (with the lecy switched OFF LOL)

So if all the components in the chain are in this order:-
50a MCB
Switch/Isolator
Pressure switch
Thermal trip
Capacitor
Motor Windings

If the motor was tested by the motor place when you got the cap the 1st logical point to look at would be to try the motor via a different circuit to see if the MCB is faulty.
If they didn't test the motor then you need to measure the resistance of the winding's.
The start winding will (should)be the one with a higher resistance.

The pressure switch may be faulty but would be very unlikely to fail in a way that would only show as a overload on startup far more likely to either not work or short to earth but this should be ok as you RCD is not tripping.
