Containers, parts bins, etc.

With thanks to @ukracer I now have a plastic bucket full of very useful bolts and washers, plus the various other packets of nuts, bolts, washers, etc dotted around the garage.

So I've decided that I need some kind of drawer / parts bin setup but, blimey, they ain't cheap are they?

Has anyone used DigDug? Their "value parts bins" seem cheaper than anything I can quickly find on google.
Thinking about the pack of 70 small bins and another 36 of the slightly larger ones, but that's still £60 before any kind of mounting rails.

Any other ideas / suggestions? I momentarily thought of making a hundred 'ickle drawers up out of wood but that sounds like an enormous faff and probably would be more expensive.

Have you looked at used maxi bins on the EBay?

They are excellent quality and second hand can be had for good money.

That's me other thought - have a saved search running on ebay and gumtree and see if anything pops up.

Seems confused as the title implies that the auction is for all of them but the discription implies that it's each (200 X 99p = £198).

Further down he says "total value £198". Note, also, that it's his first ebay sale so I suspect the poor chap doesn't understand how it works

Yeah - I've got one of them in the kitchen. I reckon I've got around 75-100 different things (and sizes of things) that I want to store so £18 a pop would turn out pretty expensive!
