Ah... I never made that connection at all! Makes sense then.
You sure? Have you actually checked the tracking number?
They sent me a 24 hour tracking number almost instantly but its not showing on parcel force tracking.
Unless of course your parcel is small enough to be delivered via royal mail as we had postie just walk past....lol
That's correct...... Mine is also showing as in the Hub now.Its now in the hub, but when they initially sent the tracking number it wasn't in ParcelFarce's system. I'm guessing that only starts when the parcel is handed over to them from Cromwell and the packing label bar code is scanned.
We had a local Cromwell guy round in a van. I set up a bunch of labelled shelves for all of our consumables, got them to initially fill the shelves with goods on consignment, guy visits twice a week, notes what has been used and tops it up next visit and billing us at the end of the month.
Never ran out of stuff, never had to bother checking stock or faffing around making orders for 5 boxes of gloves..
Grainger own both brands, Zoro was always a name in the states, I think they have just extended that over here as the "retail" brand of Cromwell, which they keep more for the trade. A bit like Kingfisher does with Screwfix and B&Q
That's my impression of it anyway - I think Cromwell were in trouble some years ago which is why they were bought up - doubt either of them are going away any time soon, Graingers revenue is about 10 billion.
Something strange going on if I open a new page I get the same images as you posted but if I use the tab I already have opened its fine and I can navigate all the site.Is anyone else experiencing problems with Cromwell's website?
