Did anyone ever figure out the thread on a Butane bottle?

Trying, I didn't want anything corrosive and I thought a bit of washing up liquid would be better than nothing ?

Well I decided to leave the collar on as it stands nicely upside down on it I will secure it with a strap to the workshop wall when I decide where to put it. There was plenty of room for the fittings, the tap at the angle is the water drain, the other connects to the 50Ltr tank on my compressor.
