for porosity in welding, i removed the flux form 6013 electrode, but it stuck during welding??? any solution

Longer arc, and you don't want to chip off all the way round, just here and there, wetting the rods will cause embrittlement through hydrogen too...

what you meant by long arc??? just keep electrode little above from work piece?

Keep it as far away as you can whilst maintaining an arc, usually 10mm would be enough, run on upper current limit for rod too...

for porosity, high current would be good or lower one??

Either, too low would cause lack of fusion /penetration, probably with slag inclusions from it not rising on the surface....
