Carmarthenshire is the worst region in Wales for relentless cynical speed traps you'll find in my experience.

The gritting lorries are out in force to night between Swansea and where I live( Just north of Cross hands at the west end of the M4) we must have encountered six or more in the 22 mile journey home . Three in the last four miles.

This is because 2000 people could potentially plug in 2kw heaters 4000kw is a lot of juice to add on a whim.

At the point Evs are in wider use I'm confident the infrastructure will be in place.

We had that a few years ago - builders went through the gas main (despite not being supposed to work that day, or area, under terms of their planning) - took out the entire town. So they gave out electric heaters and hot plates . . . and then had to ask people to "stagger" use as the sub-stations were having issues.

A bit like the travel instructions on the radio, to "stagger your journeys" - how do you work out when to "stagger" your use?

The battery mobil was telling him the battery was t9 cold to operate.

There’s a blog about a woman who has a 2019 Nissan leaf in Canada talking about losing a bit of range at temperatures below minus 10 compared to normal temperatures so it must have been pretty cold down your way?
