All rods I've used have worked...it's just that some are better to use than others.

I'm new to MMA welding...what I've been doing is buying different rods and seeing what I prefer....so far I think Bohler are my favourites.

Just try them out...then try a few others and see what you prefer.

Avoid Screwfix ones worst rods I have used very unstable arc I usually use hilco red xtra
