Mate, I strongly suspect, if you unscrew the battery terminals, you can attach standard cable crimp lugs, with M8's.
Like we do at work.
No sticking up battery nipples.
That is the advantage, but you've got a battery isolator switch where the stereo was.but I paid extra for those terminals lol.
you're probably right, there is a thread underneath but I may have misread what they are on the battery when I bought it thinking they were imperial or some kind when infact the "adaptors" are M8 to go into the battery to allow the imperial circular clamps to be clamped to them.
either way its an easy simple change if it becomes a problem, for the time being i appreciate the ease that i can install and remove the battery
