Yeah it won’t hold oil pressure when it’s warm - ******* me off now so I started playing with the focus instead

Get itnup and running then twin turbos to rectify it

I would stick a camera through each branch and check for any blow through or debris if they are feeding turbos.

There’s a little bit of both. Not too bad as I’ve used the thicker walled sch10 stuff.

No idea how I’m gonna clean them off, might have to buy a finger sander or something.

Either that or I’ll sacrifice the turbos to the power gods with a view to upgrade them anyway

finger sander well worth owning ...can also cut a slot in a bar , fit that in a drill and wrap emery paper in the slot so its like a flap wheel

Finger sander is what I used on my bike header. I gave the welder a bottle of argon especially to use as a purge and he didn't bloody use it

Took me ages but I got it all.

Watching this with interest

Shoehorned this rather large turbo, talented mate made the headers, get away with a lot on a bike
