I take it you're fully jabbed up?can confirm I am a plonker
also caught covid on the plane home too - asshat in front of me clearly had no problem spreading the "Love"
I'm going snowboarding again in Feb.! its going to be betterJust take your time with your back. I've suffered with lower back issues for years and you can't rush it.
Get well soon mate!

In all seriousness, get it looked at and be prepared to cancel your trip in Feb.
Depending on what you've done the best thing may be serious rest otherwise you're going to be left with permanent back pain. Wife hurt hers, ended up taking months before she was properly better. Had to cancel her place on a trackday which was IIRC 2 weeks afterwards on advice that she *might* be ok but likely to make it worse and then take longer to heal.
Of course it could just be minor in which case you'll be fine but it's better to be safe than sorry when its your back!

Well I keep telling my misses this…A lad at work went snowboarding with his missus, she took a tumble and did her back in now she’s stuffed for life with a slipped disc at early 20’s

On that subject, why only fitting those actuators now and not say, a year ago?
