I had already guessed the colour.... 8:39 and 11:06 gave the colour away because the colour change also affected the toolchest which was red. Didn't want to give it away though.
And I was correct! Looks awesome in red.

indeed - it threw enough people off the track for long enough anyway
besides, "red" doesnt do the colour justice tbh. its more than that

My only critique is I’m gonna have to wait ages to see it in the flesh and have a passenger ride in it

Got a few issues to sort - clutch, wiring interior.
When the clutch is sorted I’ll have a much better idea of what’s going on

That is a much more elegant soultion for the mounting of the engine and A/R bar, I take it there is still enough room to get the steering rack in and out?

Yes im much happier than the previous iteration, it doesn’t have fangs anymore and it’s all 1 unit so in future I can drop engine and subframe out the bottom if I need to remove it. Then the only fluid I have to drain is coolant and that’s much more palatable than power steering fluid
Yes the rack can be removed, it is a pain with one of the high pressure pipes though, you have to remove that before removing the rack. But that can be solved with a new hardline.

@Jaffman , only just found your xmas present , very nice ,very nice indeed you should be very proud of what you have achieved , thanks for sharing with us and hope you thoroughly enjoy it , I did note though you have a decent trailer but havent put a tow bar on yet

It will go back when the spare focus is stripes for all its uses and it goes to the scrapyard.
