More 'I like to think I have a premium car' and it shouldn't need to be serviced as often as the dealers say, it's just a money-making exercise, besides, I don't doo that much mileage... Followed by 'well why has the <whatever> failed? it's only a few (usually means a number less than 10) years out of warranty, surely it should last a lot longer? All of which we have to pre-empt so often I have a word file I can copy and paste the relevant text from, which saves me typing it out several times a month, if not a week...Classic "I have to have a premium car", but can't afford to service it type owner?
