Yes... barrier creams too; I've been using RS components own brand. Also very good is Vaseline intensive care Spray Moisturiser, which dries in seconds. This may all sound a bit girly, but actually, it's the girlies who really appreciate our use of such stuff

I'm still using a tub of the Original Swarfega I bought years ago; it's brilliant! No doubt they've changed the formula to something useless now.
yup , had a old tub running a while finally finished and new stuff just isn't the same
Years ago when I got married a guy at work dumped a pail of printers ink on my head, shampoo , soap didn’t work much till we rubbed in some lard to break it down. As for the guy that did it they tied him to a post and sprayed glue down his pants to remind him about health and safety.

I've used Solent Barrier Cream and Solent hand cleaner from Cromwell Tools in my business since the day I opened 11 years ago.
I rate the all of the Solent brand citrus beaded ones but about 4 years ago I tried the Natural Beaded hand cleaner and I've stuck with it
I think the Solent natural beaded hand cleaner is far superior to the current Orange beaded Swarfega. Which is the preferred hand cleaner at one of the companies I contracted in to.

I use the swarfega orange, sometimes needs a second application but works well
You could try "no more tears" shampoo Why do I suggest this?
recently the whole family got face painted and we couldn't clean it off, even swarfega seemed to spread it rather than cleaning us. In the end I tried the shampoo and we all ended up clean again and pretty easily at that

Swarfega lemon or manista orange were similar to each other and quite good. Must have been cheap for my old boss to get it. You can get it in 5 litre pump tops too which were good for a van. Deb did a pumice type I think which was good and natural.
Also the wurth stuff with the wood dust/ash (I cannot remember which) or pumice instead in is surprising good, may be what the earlier post was refering to.

A mate of mine developed an allergy very late in life from using swafega , he had been using it for years then all of a sudden his hands erupted in blisters. Don’t know whether they changed the ingredients at some point but he couldn’t use it anymore.
