Start to finish, a batch takes me about 4.5-5 hours, but I can do other things in the meantime as most of the process is setting up the next stage, then leaving to go for an hour or so.Its the time that puts me off starting. I've not brewed for a few years but used to use this recipie (or similar), for mead which doesn't need boiling.Well I just bought 4lb of local honey to make mead. Still need to get a big, induction hob friendly, pot:
