How best to re-roof this

Well I have plenty of foam here to go on my gun so I best get my butt up there and foam it all. So it's all the high edges under the corner trim.

I removed one of the screws in the lap joints and now it will not tighten back up as the hole is too big. So reluctant to remove anymore. I need to find a wider screw for the said hole.

Just deciding what would be best.
Cut and bend it down a few degrees

Stick a length if the eaves protector onto the bottom side of the metal box gutter

Or another way open to suggestions

Grab the last 10mm with vice grips and bend a lip into it right across the full width...sorted

yea a full 90 degree lip

Because the sides will prevent me from bending it down 90 degrees I expect.

you coud try what roofman said

if most of the lip is bent down words water should travel to the lowest point so as long as the middle of the tray is lower than the sides all the way along the full gutter

eg if the water normal runs along the gutter in the middle of the tray as its the lowest point or does the water run a long the sides ?

it actually runs along the right side so good shout it may work just by bending without the cuts

try using a bit of card around the metal before using the grips that way it wont mark the metal

any problems so far and yes i do expect an odd one

but with an easy fix for it

No problems at all now since bending that box gutter down. Only problem is the water butt fills up so fast

Actually if i was to do it again I would increase the fall on the carport roof

its bad enough as it is remember your not supposed to alter the view at the front you are able to maintain it but not change it as i fell into that hell hole

I did check the planning permission out online it did not mention much in the way of how it was built well nothing at all.
