would you cover that with lead or flashband or foam and sealant? best way please.

I did 100mm on the straight section over the box gutter. but 50mm will be asier on the angled part, and you use sealant on the overlaps correct50mm is enough with lead all depends on your slope and your overlap allowance
same when doing a chimney you overlap enough
so once i have the lead behind the soil stack, do i need to go around the front side of the soil stack also?your also close enough to do a long view photo of the garage roof to show others how it looks before you fit the lead
it will also show how nicer it looks when you have soil stacks through it using the L shaped piece up the wall
as its main purpose is a water seal over the roofing material keeping the water out of the lower roof profile flicking the majoraty of rain water into another lower roof profile

that is dealing with splash up so its fineI did 100mm on the straight section over the box gutter. but 50mm will be asier on the angled part, and you use sealant on the overlaps correct
up to you if you follow the steel plate behind the soil stackso once i have the lead behind the soil stack, do i need to go around the front side of the soil stack also?
for customer
your filling your ridge with these then just cut one off a run
32/1000 Box Profile Ridge Eave Infill Foam Fillers -10 Pairs (200 Pitch) | eBay
Profiled foam fillers are designed to seal roofing and cladding profiles against dust, water and water vapour ingress. Colour: Black.www.ebay.co.uk
for me
otherwise id just foam gun them and paint the foam
that is dealing with splash up so its fine
if you want to do it lead in 4" its fine its ok to buy a 6" or 8" lead and cut it into 2
i cant get behind it due to the render and dash being done around the stack pipeyou only need 1" into the wall its why your grinding it out the 2"or 3" is only a rain water cover over the steel L plate
up to you if you follow the steel plate behind the soil stack
should I cover the other 2 waste pipes with lead to divert the water?either silicone really well or lead it its your choice
the soil stack is the worst part make sure you seal it really well
dont forget its only a wall rain cover to flick the water onto the new roof
hell yeh it looks soooooooooooo much better not that i will ever see it reallyif you cant see the new way is an improvement then you never will do

foam across the dip in the metal roof only that one to do otherside doesnt need itfoam gun works for me should i foam the whole run across?
I have 6" lead cutting in 2 will give 3" if equal, I am happy to use the full 6" down
i cant get behind it due to the render and dash being done around the stack pipe

yes 6" lead for the cutting on the steped slope, 3" for the rest works lead aint cheap!use 6" lead if you want but use that for the steped slope for cost saving cut into 2 x 3" pieces
soil stack squirt a good gum of silicone behind the soild stack not much you can do really best you can do to seal it up
i did seal them pretty well with lead mate ayethose pipes dont need lead as there siliconed up well ?
so only needs lead over the tin plate against the wall
it over hangs by a few ridges I need to trim the membrane off, I could cut some L shape trim i have left if need beonly part im griping at is the part under the garage roof
