An easy fix is buy a new one.

I'd say replace it, if you can purchase one with the same size pulleys or buy some aluminium bar and turn one up......

PS. Pressbrakes trying to sell a bit of large alloy bar, he might do you a deal on material and turning.....

Outside the box idea; dig the broken tube but not the webs out and fill the remaining cavity with melted Ali?

(I've no idea if this would work effectively or just fall out on attempting to re machine!)

I've got a similar problem on my 2g, difficult to find anything close to the 5 step pulley with large bore. I'll be casting a cone and machining when I get round to it.

Arr...yes..5 V sizes and difinately not a standard pulley sizes.

Its a bodge Parmster, would you expect anything else from a member on here If it was sleeved you could dribble some araldite down the old keyway to beef it up.

Yes, bore it, sleeve it and cut new key on the opposite side.

There is hardly any thickness to play with the other end.

It doesn't need to be sleeved to the very end does it ?new grub screw location could go a pulley down from the end.
