5/8" boreI might have one you can have.
Put down the sizes on the pulleys, shaft and key
Failing that machine 5 separate pulleys
Not from any Progress 2 I've seenIt's off a progress 2g drill. Hard to find and turning up from the solid not very easy.
That man's on fireI think I would find a piece of all bar that is the OD of that last beaten-up pulley flange. Turn it down to the diameter of the bottom of the smallest vee leaving the flange end on it. Bore the pulley out to receive that and glue it into place.

Fill the middle up with weld all the way and then bore it out again
This is a welding forum after all...

These are made from ****e or muckite
Having met @fizzy he's a tight wad so trying to weld it is free for himhave you ever actually tried to weld this muck? wouldn't even waste the gas again, it's just garbage.... think its more zinc than anything else, just crap bubbling through, full of impurities, spits and farts, blows out on you.... aye if you're patient, with a lot of cleaning action, and let it boil off, you'll maybe eventually get something resembling "welded" however for the time taken, the argon gas / tig rod and electric wasted, you could have bought one for about 15 quid.... hmmm.... know what I'd be doing...
My tig welding leaves a huge amount to be desired
I could actually glue the damn thing to the shaft. It would fix the wobble - stop giving me bad ideasJB Weld?![]()
