Ah ok now i understend....
The wall socket is an italian one 16 A, civil series.
The welder have only 1,50 meter of power cord, directaly into this socket.
This socket it's distanced only 2 meter from the counter.
This last one can give 230v 6 kw
So the problem is only my hand

sorry for the hijack but ive a mma test in a few days for a course. 1.its a open v butt weld in the vertical position, 2.root run in e6013 2.5 3. filler run with 3.25 4. cap run with 3.2. im just wondering is it 2 plates with or without a backing plate welded together like this

the video is about 6010 root , how it is you dont know what the test is ?

1 to 4 is what it says for the test.it was on the letter I got. im just using that video for an example
