Building a guard for Belt Sander

the belt can run off either way. mainly if your pushing the material in off to one side and dont notice the belt moving over . also make it quick release because its a pain in the ar ,..,e changing the belt if u dont

Yes I trying to overcome the paper walking into the guards I think my idea will do that As far as the quick release still thinking about that Maybe some pins or lockin clamp Not sure yet. Thank you Vernon

Like most mines a tidyish lash up, not as good as a newun.
You dont see many new ones made to a standard as yours.
I've seen cars restored by folks with attention to detail like yours, they really are something.

Thank you and at 400 hours now it should look good. What was I thinking when I started this project. Well its almost done now and it was very fun.
I'm working on the guard today hopefully I will get something done on it today.

Building a index handle for table lock Will weld a sleave over socket and than add a handle.
