Kim, I know you were looking for some doors, I'm just looking through my sons LR mag & seen new doors by Landfender. Don't know anything about them, but the price looked a lot less than you were talking about before

So today I decided to fix the intercooler I removed the undamaged end piece as you can see. All it took was a chisel to slightly bent tabs out, then a screwdriver to bend them more then molegrips to straighten them
Then I cleaned it out and cleaned the seal. Pushed the cap on gently tapped the tabs in and used a Chisel to tap them down hopefully sealing in correctly.

At least you could repair it, the radiator in my Freelander started leaking so I took it to my usual repair place and they said it wasn't worth trying to repair modern radiators due to the way they are made 
but they did sell me a replacement a lot cheaper than I could find elsewhere.

Yes I looked into repair also but I paid £30 for both delivered. you can nip the tabs up with a pair of mole grips Kim might have been an idea to put some RTV sealent on both sides of the gasket too

Be careful not to use too much pressure 15-20 PSI will be more than enough any more may damage it, if it were mine I would seal up as penfold described and use a vacuum pump to see if it can hold a vacuum. Easier than messing with air lines and tubs of water.

I spent the best part of 5 years working for a land specialist and have spent many hours sticking them back together.
should you need help/part I can see what my old boss has.
you should make sure once it's back together to pop the grommets in the bulkhead by the wipers out and the top door hinge bolt and waxoyl the hell out of it. makes one hell of a difference to its life span.

which grommets do you mean ?
Bit slow at the moment with motivation but I have just spent the last hour ordering a load of bits and pieces to finish hopefully a load of jobs. Also spent £250 on something cool which should be here tomorrow. Pics once fitted
