Hiya, the link doesn't work ?Kim, I know you were looking for some doors, I'm just looking through my sons LR mag & seen new doors by Landfender. Don't know anything about them, but the price looked a lot less than you were talking about before

Yes I looked into repair also but I paid £30 for both delivered. To spend 30mind switching the caps over I'm not fussedAt least you could repair it, the radiator in my Freelander started leaking so I took it to my usual repair place and they said it wasn't worth trying to repair modern radiators due to the way they are made but they did sell me a replacement a lot cheaper than I could find elsewhere.
not sure how I'd pressure test it ?you can nip the tabs up with a pair of mole grips Kim might have been an idea to put some RTV sealent on both sides of the gasket too
i would pressure test it before fitting if you can
Brilliant idea. Never crossed my mind. ThanksThe easiest way is to get an inner tube for a bicycle or maybe motorcycle tyre and slice it opposite the valve stem, seal it on the inlet spigots with jubilee clips and pump it up.
which grommets do you mean ?how's the build going? finished yet ... or ran out of money!
I spent the best part of 5 years working for a land specialist and have spent many hours sticking them back together.
should you need help/part I can see what my old boss has.
you should make sure once it's back together to pop the grommets in the bulkhead by the wipers out and the top door hinge bolt and waxoyl the hell out of it. makes one hell of a difference to its life span.
Also spent £250 on something cool which should be here tomorrow. Pics once fitted
very good I'm rather excited.A fridge for the beer?
