If you want to regain respect for him play that vid at 0.25 speed and you will clearly see Marquez hit Rossi first, no doubt about it.

I cannot stand f1, cars that bear no resemblance to anything useful or practical used in day today life, at least rally cars look normal, and f1 is done on tracks, completely artificial. The prospect of watching it, pointless cars droning around and around a track, rarely overtaking or anything happening would bore me to tears.

I watched the race on tv and he had to turn in or he was on the green stuff

Rossi deliberately ran him wide then took him out it’s been argued a million times and it’s Rossi’s fault

Thing is with Marquez is is he never knows when to quit. He was antagonizing Rossi all race and Rossi lost his rag. Yes he ran him wide , that's racing but Marquez didn't have to lean on him head butting his leg. I've done it and had it done to me, sometimes you fall off and sometimes you don't.

Absolutely. Marquez had been pretty much goading Rossi for several laps, trying to mess with him and slow him down. When MM leaned on Rossi, all Rossi did was to lift his leg in a 'get off me' move, which Honda and their acolytes immediately interpreted as a kick. No way was it a kick. It was pure accident that Rossi made contact with MM's brake lever,causing him to crash.

The Rossi - MM incident is/was handbags are dawn IMO, I think MM is a hard racer and probably crosses the line on occasion, but then most do (Rossi/stoner, foggy/p f chili, Sheene/Roberts to name a few over the years - and they’re just the ones that readily spring to mind...). He’s making that Honda do things that no one else seems to be able to at the moment, so he gets a thumbs up from me, though he does seem to be a bit marmite.

Maybe because they were raised here and went to school here and used hospitals etc etc here......they only went to Monaco when they got rich
