They attend, that can be recovered.
Making safe disposal they have to fight the insurance company. IF there is one.

A few years ago a mate of mine was building a wooden boat, a lovely 19ft Herreschoff sailing boast, she was a jewel, wood epoxy hull fitted out with mahogany & bronze fittings, three days before launch his workshop caught fire & was utterly destroyed along with the new boat.
