Can anybody recommend one? I could really do with one to get this engine and box back in without damaging anything and with a bit more precision than it came out.
There seems to be three types commonly available - single bar, double C channel and sliding box section.
All look to be from the same factories in China, available in different colours and varying levels of optimism on load capacity, from all the usual brands you have heard of and a lot you haven't. None of them look very well made at all.
I keep thinking I could make something far better, but then I remember it would take me a week just to find the welder, and what I really need to do is get this flipping car out of the workshop so I can regain some sanity.
I was hoping there would be something a bit more "professional" grade, but I assume nobody really removes engines professionally anymore.
