While I do agree, I’m also of the opinion that most companies work that way these days. For the amount they produce you’re bound to get some flaws with some. Just life these days. I don’t agree with it but most companies are the same. Their tools are still pretty decent. They did apologise though. More than once in fact in later emails.This has just highlighted why as a Makita customer of many years i am now spending my hard earned elsewhere.
The fact that they do not want to investigate and find out why or how would worry me, what company image does it promote if they do not even want to be seen as concerned or offer any apology.
