Obviously "because I've got my own digger and I can" is probably the answer.

But what are you digging a big hole for?

Wall foundation has broke its back, wall is 24mtrs long and is laying over to the neighbours side quite a lot, been getting obviously worse over the last 25 years.
Plan is to dig a trench the full length of the wall, smash the wall up, and replace with steel and sleepers with extra supports off the steel uprights so the weight of the driveway will keep the wall from moving over.
