Mixed updates ...
The door pin extractor from Sealey turned up, I tried a few times with no joy and noticed the extractor was bending very easily.
I tried again and it stripped the threads inside the extractor "nut".
The door pins are old and well stuck but I'm amazed that the threads on the tool let go.
Sealey, mid-priced and they sometimes do what's needed, this one didn't
Better news on the radiator front, a black alloy rad from Ebay + a slightly OTT rad cap are now in place.
The new rad is taller than the original so now I need to rework / remake the original hardline for the brake servo vacuum. Another job for the to-do list ...
