Ah, I did have it spelt correctly in the first place but thought it looked wrong (too French) so changed it. ;-)

Another course of a similar type.

I have completed two courses in panel fabrication at Leeds City Technology College. It is a similar course to the one above albeit you're with 4 or 5 other students. The course covers roughing out in the sandbag/stump, wheeling, use of shrinker/stretcher, gas welding. My advice is do the welding course first then the panel fab' course. The tutor Terry Devaney is a marvel.

I've just booked to do the one week course from Mon 4 to Fri 8 November. I've booked into the local guest house (The Elnor) from the Sunday night to Friday morning, £150! I'll report back on how I got on.

You will love it, learn heaps and drool over the quality of the work the guys do. Cornwall is lovely too...
