Thanks for the suggestion, will try that...although the gun specs say that the pressure should be between 4 and 5 bars but maby its different according to the paint being used.Try less air pressure.
Haha, not trying to blow the car away so thanks for the tip4/5 bar you will blow the car away with that try 2/half bar that's the norm.
This might be a stupid question but can anyone tell me how much does the pressure drop after passing the compressors tank? I only have a gauge on the tank that tells me the pressure but once it reaches the spraygun is it the same or has it dropped a lot? The hose is roughly over 15 meters long and the inner diameter is 10 mm or roughly 3/8 inches.
Yes, that was the first thing in my mind because i had a problem before with a blocked vent hole, but then it affected the spraying of the paint by it just kept coming out slower and slower, but not pulsing like i was pushing the trigger on and off. What i meant to say is that i cleared the vent hole and that wasnt the problem...athough when the paint covered the vent hole because of me shaking the gun, then it started bubbling out of the vent hole, wich it shouldnt do in my opinion because there shouldnt be pressure in the container. There should be a vent at the top of the paint container. Try poking some welding wire down to unblock it. That should sort out the pulsing spray.
The problem started by itself...before that i hadn´t taken the gun completley apart so its hard to belive the packing nuts are the problem, but will do that, thanks for the answer.make sure the packing nut is tight, you need it so the needle can just move freely, any more and you get splutter. also nozzle can have same effect.
Yes...?hmmm.
Yes...?
