Oh I've never been into these in tip mixed cutting torches.I agree for sure about the tips.
It's probably more important in this case because the defacto standard cutting torch in the UK is an "NM type"...
They have 3 tubes running all the way to the head of the torch, and the gas mixer is actually designed into the nozzle assembly.
Side by side, you can see it's a different beast to the Harris:

They are fairly cheap and I often thought about getting one myself but I've found the bargain and bought my set .
But I've never got in deep their working pressures or specs.
I think to remember they run equal pressure.
The cutting attachment shown in picture is the exact one I have.
