One thing that popped into my mind last night,what do i tell DVLA on the colour? Green i guess![]()
Don't think I'd put vinyl over hand painted, might lift due to textureThe easiest way might be to paint the van in a base colour (olive drab in your case) then get some self adhesive vinyl camouflage shapes in the other colours.
Or if you want it to be all paint I would consider using self adhesive stencils...your first example looks freehand and a bit ropey really.

Thats the route i intend to go down,that pattern suits that carKids painted mine aged 6 and 8.
We brushed on the Nato Green then spray can the black, we still miss that car
