....loads of fun even with factoring in co2 i still found it a cheap introduction ,now the boys are older and discovered girls i may have a bash at hunter field target where you not allowed to reset scope ,during your shoot so rely on holdover/under rather than rangefinding scopes etc
.....quick question,is there a specified weight of pellet for setting the power of a rifle .22 in my case ,could never get a clear answer and all i wanted to do was to get close to legal without exceeding it?....wish i still had a field behind my house ,lost my testing ground when i moved house

,i had originally thought there would be a standard test procedure used by the police to check the gun ie a specified test weight of pellet and the test conducted at a given temperature..
...my modifications reduced the amount of overall shots from the co2 sparklets,but gave more stable results over the reduced number of shots.. was very happy with the rifle as a cheapy could easily be modified to give good power and accuracy for pocket money prices,a great little rifle and didn't embarrass me against my mates theoben but cost 8 times less
....if anyone is interested i bought a knockdown target with a string reset ,which i can take some photo's of could quite easily be made also made some spinners and target holders but not sure where they are

) were double ended versions of the yellow part with different sizes top and bottom and the pivot point offset to ensure it returned to vertical ,easily attached to ground spikes and set at different distances .....think i paid £15 ish for the knock down as i didn't have a workshop at time
