Aye. Bet id make my jig and route all the holes quicker thoughor i could just use my parf jig.
I'm struggling to think up a use though.the triangle method is what you'd use with the parf kit anyway to layout?

yes.
3:4:5 triangle, but can be used to make 1:1:1 or any other variation.

35 quid and I can make as many as I want.
35 quid wouldn't even buy me a mft top
Will pay for itself. Have lots planned for it.
Just incase anyone is looking, Lidls are selling off surplus plunge saws in some of their stores. It was in their magazine/leaflet this week, couldn't find one in my local but went to the bigger store in the next town yesterday and they had a pallet of them 
Selling at half price, i.e. £69.99 reduced to £34.99
I got one even though I already have my original as it is cheaper than buying 2 new pieces of track and I get a free saw thrown in

Don't regret buying my ts55 still the nicest of mine to use
Chuck a hover or extractor on it. Mdf dust gets everywhere. Use mine even outside these days
Extract hose comes tomorrow, coupled with a decent extractor my days of eating dust are done. Talking to an ocuptional hygenist a few weeks ago while doing a dust monitoring asessment & she asked my previous work history, When i told her boatbuilding, grp work, machining timber often with machines with zero extraction but that back in the early 80's i had invested in a decent powered respirator & still use one today she was quite surprised. She made the observation that not many blokes were this careful. Thinking back to all the jobs i had in various boatyards & factories & the number of guys that were in the trade locally back then you are probably talking several hundred men. I was the only one who had bought his own Airstream respirator. It was a novelty to them & yet i used to virtually live in it at times. Sure many used masks but often disposables & many just didnt bother.
I wonder how many are now paying the price.
