To be honest I prefer the idea of a 2T chainsaw attachement with a belt driven tyre compressor /12v generator. I may have to make one up as I generally keep a saw In the boot due to lack of space a ywhere else... cs340, tho it is a bit big. One of the cheap £70 top handles would do the job.
In my experience, yes (given the circumstances mentioned above)Not sure I understand these little powerpack things? - I've got a huge-old-bmw-car-battery on standby (on a trolley) for using with jumpleads when the cars are at home; agreed it's not exactly portable - but do those little things outperform a spare fully charged car battery?
reminds me of my first ever visit to an Aldi (or maybe Lidl) - left with a free range chicken, Heinz tomato soup, six pack of beer, sledgehammer and chainsaw chains
That's a proper Lidl shopping list. A full on collection of random stuff.
The banana will probably be a better conductor than the jump leads, I cringe when I see folk Trying to jum cars with what might as well be 1mm flex with clothes pegs either end.

Whilst I'm sure they are better than nothing and will transfer a bit of charge if you leave them connected to a running car they are as I thought, I just had a quick GoogleTbf the leads I've got from there before have been spot on up to and including 2.0L petrol.
And the prize for “how far can we drag a thread off topic goes… to… (opens envelope) BABADEC!”A short ar5e banana is now 'fun'!
Tiny potatoes that used to be thrown away are now 'baby potatoes'.
I did buy five cans of brake cleaner today in Lidl. The discount for wearing a Lidl bobble hat wasn't forthcoming.
I got a very similar one from Amazon now at 60 quid, think I paid 100 but these things are being superseded so quickly hence price reduction on previous models - https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B09T355327/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1 Not used it in anger but good reviews. Has lights as well. That lidi gadget doesn't look like it would be much use on anything other than a small car, for £100 ish you can get a 4000amp Titan gooloo, this thing will spin over the big tractors and plant.
