Ok mate so multiple cap runs is "wrong" as you put it.You better get onto the colleges and training institutions and tell them theyre doing it wrong
I assume that's a joke as that won't get him very far in a welding career.you do the minimum and get paid n bug off to the next
Gonna get sacked pretty quickly if you have that mentality surely? If your on a job you do as requested on wp or you do the minimum and get paid n bug off to the next
I doubt itIs it true that if you get the hang of mma that you shouldn't have a problem with tig?
Nah not really, a totally different process. However a welder will always pick up another process quicker than a new starter as only a welder knows how to watch and interpret the puddle correctly. Is it true that if you get the hang of mma that you shouldn't have a problem with tig?
Nah. But tig ain't rocket scienceIs it true that if you get the hang of mma that you shouldn't have a problem with tig?
I assume that's a joke as that won't get him very far in a welding career.
Me neither. Took a lot of years and a lot of failed attemptsEvery process just takes time to get the hang of.some lucky gits grab the torch and just weld almost instantly.im not one of them
I think it's industry dependent in that therory. Yes if your sticking things together and farting about looking for perfect weld dimensions and profiles but you won't get a rollicking by welding up a perfect pipe joint without defect.Only half. There is much truth.in jest, trust me when I say the customers don't want to pay for extra time unless it's required
I only got ever one major rollicking as PAYE employee and it was for doing too good a job. OK I had more than one but non of the others were about my work lol
