Mines a lidl knock off of that. £150 about 10 years back.

Had to have a PRV but that’s it.

When I used to get my Land Rover really filthy even the best pressure washers wouldn't shift the muck. Then one day I drove across open mountain in long wet grass - the vehicle was spotless underneath

Put it through the car wash upside down Actually that is the method my friend uses with his 90, a trip over the moor and all done.

With any kind of pressure cleaning the PSI is often a focus point but the reality is flow rate is equally if not more important. Many pressure washer generate high pressures but if they can only flow a 2L/minute at that rate then they are knowhere near as effective.

If you see higher quality pressure washers they nearly always have higher flow rates

Did you see the one where the the person in the car didn't disengage the steering lock and got dragged into another vehicle and smashed the front end?

I've bought a little Karcher pressure washer for doing my bike. I use the pressure sparingly so not to blast water inside bearings or any other seals, but after a wetting, a spray over with soapy water, let it soak for a while, then hit it with varying pressure it gets the winter road muck out of all the nooks and crannies, ready for a spray with warmed up ACF50.

Some of the clowns in 4x4s are making repeated runs at speed . . . sometimes seems to be a lot of people, kids included, watching . . . someone is going to discover aquaplaning and hurt someone.

Not the engine itself that's the problem - its the filter inlet - one two of my cars is at or below wheel centre line, so which ever direction you go, if the water lever is over a few inches, its going to make some expensive noises.

yup the air intake is about the same height as ther car cills the reason is to take in cold air to the engine not warm air or water
