Been eyeballing that Costco one for a while now so bought it on Tuesday. Very impressed with it, my stainless box is now being used for all the lathe bits bobs
.
Don't worry Cyberprog, deals like these come around quite often. Like the furnature and carpet shops the 'real' price is the offer price, the higher price is just extra bunse for the seller.I'm a little annoyed about the deals, with the house move on and the need to rebuild the man cave, looks like I shall have to manage with my existing draper roll cab for a while
Had a look at the Costco one today, very tempting, in a different league to the halfords stuff , even the black industrial ones IMO.
Every drawer is pre lined and have ball bearing sliders. Quite like the crinkle finish on it to, if only I had the room!
Seen these ???
looks vintage!!!!
I think its called the Retro range or something like that, I like the look
Aye, well aware of that. Just bloody tempting! Especially as I've just had £2.8k back from the solicitors!Don't worry Cyberprog, deals like these come around quite often. Like the furnature and carpet shops the 'real' price is the offer price, the higher price is just extra bunse for the seller.
That's exactly what I thought about they're axle stands, dreadful looking welds, they got sent straight back.Welding is sound but scruffy as hell..spatter all over the place and no attempt made to remove it pre powdercoat/paint

I'd be more tempted with paying £25 more knowing it's got double wall construction and for the price the Britool cabinets are really good.
