It does look like a sauna doesn't it . Plan is to leave the ceiling natural and whitewash the side walls. Should make it less sauna likelooking good almost sauna like
Two rear windows and roof vent installed today. Cordless grinder was a godsend for this job. No in progress pics as phone was on music duty but here is the finished article.

Yeah, with a 4 inch mattress you get about 3 inches of headroom when sitting. It will be used as a seat when the table is up.Looks smart. Quite a high bed though - can you sit on it without hitting your head?
So that's where all the McDonald's milkshake has gone ...Working on removing the gearbox today. Knew it would need a rebuild when I bought it. Drained the oil and I am glad it's coming out now, pretty sure gear oil is not meant to be that colour

Looks good, I can’t figure out how the cladding is fixed on the roof and sides, I see a tube of glue but can’t think what you’d be gluing to. What’s the secretAlmost all the cladding is done now. Some carpet lining has also been done and the bed frame is coming along nicely.

On the roof and sides there were pressed steel ribs that form the frame. Each board is held in at either end with a stainless steel self tapper on the walls. Same for the roof but that has additional fixings in the middle along the length.
