Repair Lincoln V205T AC\DC Main IGBT Inverter Board

Sorry to dig this post up again but I did find it very helpful so far in diagnosing my own issues with a Lincoln V205T. Seems a lot of very knowledgeable people in here on that particular model.

I managed to score a couple of these that the Lincoln repairer said was uneconomical to repair and typically it seems to be the main PCB. I'd love to get one working, even if I can strip components from one board to the other if possible. This one powers up and the panel is operational but when selecting stick welding modes all I hear is clicking and the two LED's in the bottom left and right hand corners just flash green but do not stay solid. When selecting "TIG", the torch will not strike an arc. Doesn't seem to be any obvious damage on the board so thought I'd give it a go here.
