Asbestos asbestolux and any of its close cousins should be treated as dangerous. Asbestos didn't get the nickname of the Silent killer for no reason, it can take a very small amount of fibre or dust to get on your lungs and kill you over time some times up to 25 years.
Solid sheets are best left whole BUT over several years of asbestos being left alone some of its surface fibres CAN become airborne and should be treated with extreme care. If you value your life the last thing you will put on your face is a paper mask they don't offer adequate protection. I will not transport asbestos under haz chem regs if I don't have the right equipment
