New toy, really gnarly and unloved and stored, it would appear, in a duck pond. Remarkably it works, the motor and bearings are good., nuts and bolts had been greased so it's come aprt like a dream. It's now in bits and receiving some fettling, couldn't save the paint so have resprayed a hammered grey. I'll now have to find a suitable drill vice.

If things are quiet, I say 'bring it on', Steve, bikes, drills and grinders - all have vice links.
However, next time we 'break turbo's rules' maybe a vice in the background of the pic, for us to id?
(maybe someone was trying to use it as an outboard motor in that duckpond? - small pond or long extension?)

I only mentioned because the Leader series is so hard to find, so good and yet so sort after.
My Leader 12 is so strong that the previous owner managed to over tighten the jaws so much that the item held made an indentation in both jaws. Those jaws are hardened steel!!!!!!
It’s a heck of a strong vice.
