My welder did cost 180 euros delivered to my door with 8+8 meters welding leads

Think mine was about £4 at either Screwfix or Toolstation. Not sure which, definitely under £5

Mine was almost free.
7 days "jankers" to get it.

Today something to show
It has finally a shape
The chipping hammer needs work yet to smooth some details , tomorrow I will fill some spots because i would like it to be little bit more cleaner than now
But the heaviest part is done
Had to decide what to do with lowest part
I drilled an 8mm hole in it , and I'll probably round the edges like a chain ring
The original idea was to make another pointed part there but it's not a combat weapon so...

I think that tomorrow I will probably be capable to harden and temper it
Little bit of polishing ,anti-rust primer and wait to get the paint and make an handle for it
Anyway hope you like it

Ps don't care about the surrounding area it's little bit embarrassing

Tempered this morning
Big thanks to @bigegg and @The_Yellow_Ardvark for the advice about tempering heat and colours
Ended up with a a reddish purple
The heat transfer isn't as heaven as I hoped it to be but I think that might be good enough
I think that I will probably clear coat the head because it has such wonderful colours
The handle will be blue
Now I will remove the last spatters on the handle prior paint

Painting process
Applied 3 coats of clear lacquer on the head
3 of primer on the handle ,2 of blue on the handle and part of the head after masking.
Later the last coat of blue , remove the masking tape and 2 final coats of clear lacquer

You might think that I use too much paint but are very thin coats to prevent drips or strange orange skin effects

I thought I was wasting time in some moments, and this chipping hammer is not perfect and has a lot of defects but you know what?
It's mine ,I made it from scrap material , I've learned a lot during the fabrication of this thing, and being mine it's special there's not another identical in the entire world

Today I will seek for something to use to cover the handle

So used some pipe insulation foam as first layer on the handle
Than I wrapped it up using 3M scotch 33 aka insulation tape to give it a shape
As last layer I've used some 48mm industrial grade with water tight glue heat-shrink tubing
Heated it up using my Makita heat gun
Cut the exceeding material
I have to paint the ring yet but I think that this chipping hammer is finally completed
