MiL got Blue flashing lights and sirens on the way to the Hospital.
I got to drive back urgently from Westmoreland to Edinburgh with Mad Wife in the Attic having hysterics beside me.
Having packed Christmas back into the car in record time.

Oddly enough it was the same last time we got a holiday but the drive was from Nottinghamshire that time.
And the time before that it was drive back from Cambridgeshire.

I think in future I'll go on holiday on my own with the phone switched off.

My wife was going to the Christmas shopping thing with my daughter, gave her money to buy herself something for Christmas. She came back with the cash, so I bought us a Ninja Air Frier. She seems to be happy this year

I'm just confused now (which isn't unusual).

So, I'm not allowed to buy my Mrs an ironing board, hoover, or washing machine for Christmas, but it's fine for them to buy me (or in this case you) a vacuum cleaner?

It's not surprising I don't understand women, there appears to be no logic to them.

At least you have learned something this Christmas so not all a waist of time.

I had the new Avatar video game, from my daughter, but she gave it to me a week ago and told me to play it as there is something else for xmas day. No idea what that is though.
