Yes there are rules, it's 19" from the ground to centre of bumper +/- 2"
Then there's rules on width and tyre coverages

I'm only doing shale, I'm hoping to be out at Kings Lynn on March the 16th.
as a spectator
i think ive been to just about every track except maybe cowdenbeath, was there one there ? i remember getting sprayed with stones by bert finikin at crew it must be 20 years since ive been to a race but i see John Lund is still at it
i think i prefer shale as a spectator, well the right sort of shale, i can remember my first sight of shale way back in time at long eaton, it was the consistency of rice pudding and 6" deep after the first lap all 35 cars were the same shade of brown and no one knew who was leading lol

cowdenbeath is tarmac its a brilliant fast track only raced there once and ended up getting carted off to a large applause from a massive crowd
