Been organising all my tools into the box. Happy with the layout so now just need to get some foam for inserts. Also found the dinkiest spanner I've ever seen.

Mine's always that neat... I can't be on with having to ratch for a certain size of spanner or socket! Take 2 seconds longer to put it all away, and save 10 seconds ratching for the right tool next time...

Probably won't stay like that, pictures were taken when it was filled from empty yesterday so haven't used anything out of it yet

It's not the cakes it's the people running them.

I don't deal with the bakeries direct I deal with an independent service technician who specialises in ovens.

The bakeries he serves cover north and east London plus Essex. I guess it's probably only 10-15 bakeries who regularly have these kind of breakdowns. Usually pushing old machines too hard

For example that chain is likely knackered. But it won't be replaced until it breaks

New tool and cutter grinder project nearing completion - well I got a Quorn book in a lot of books I bought.



Should be 4200 rpm for "high" speed and 1400 low speed at the cutting head



Need to calibrate the scales, make a wheel guard / vacuum attachment for the dust, make covers for the front bar and a base to mount it on.
