A pile of fire wood. The kids helped split the logs, I cut them to 18" long a few weeks ago, thats the max the splitter can take, the boiler takes up to 500mm
The kids enjoyed stacking the logs, probably should have spread them out a bit I'll sort it when I get the tarp to cover the top. They did leave a space around the back as requested.
Lots more to do, we just split the logs up to 8" diameter first as I could cut them with the little cordless Stihl chainsaw. For the biguns I'll need to get the husqie out
I'll do enough this year to create a stack across those pallets about 4 foot high and get the tarp on hhe top the rest I'll do in the spring.
